Pancakes made with healthy oatmeal.

Who doesn’t love pancakes for breakfast? Do you want to enjoy delicious pancakes while also being healthy? This super quick, healthy and delicious pancake recipe is what you need.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oatmeal
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons organic cinnamon or nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of pink sea salt
  • You can add 1 tablespoon of high-quality raw protein powder to get an additional protein boost (optional).
  • Blend all ingredients in a blender. I like to start with chopped bananas, then add eggs and all the other ingredients.
  • Blend all ingredients for about 2 minutes or until smooth.
  • Allow mixture to sit for a few minutes to thicken.
  • Heat the organic coconut oil in a large frying pan and cook the batter.
  • This recipe makes 4-5 medium-sized pancakes. If you need more, double it.
