Who doesn’t love pancakes for breakfast? Do you want to enjoy delicious pancakes while also being healthy? This super quick, healthy and delicious pancake recipe is what you need.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 organic eggs
- 1/2 cup rolled oatmeal
- 1 to 2 teaspoons organic cinnamon or nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of pink sea salt
- You can add 1 tablespoon of high-quality raw protein powder to get an additional protein boost (optional).
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a blender. I like to start with chopped bananas, then add eggs and all the other ingredients.
- Blend all ingredients for about 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Allow mixture to sit for a few minutes to thicken.
- Heat the organic coconut oil in a large frying pan and cook the batter.
- This recipe makes 4-5 medium-sized pancakes. If you need more, double it.
